Candace joined the Denver Peak Academy team as a Process Improvement Business Analyst in April 2017 after working with the City and County of Denver in the Aviation Division for 10 years. Candace has experience utilizing Continuous Improvement methodologies in both the government and public sectors. In the private industry she helped a major airline focus on reducing aircraft ground turn times during irregular operations and actualize labor force needs for both below and above the wing operations. Candace has helped in government by participating in Rapid Improvement Events and supporting innovations that produced both hard and soft dollar savings across multiple divisions.
