Denver Peak Academy

Congratulations to Cohort 67 who completed Peak Academy’s Black Belt training just a few weeks ago. This dynamic group represented a large variety of internal city agencies as well as external agencies such as the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and even the city of Georgetown, Texas!

From the beginning, this cohort began implementing lean process improvement tools in their workplace and at home. A participant added some visual management to his desk over a lunch break and another sorted and organized his garage after a long day of training.

At the end of the week, each member of Cohort 67 presented three brilliant innovation ideas, and over the last couple of weeks, some members have already submitted proof that they are implementing these ideas back in their agencies. So impressive!

It was such a delight to meet these 21 inventive individuals. We here at Peak are excited to witness their future innovations!
