Last week, Denver Peak Academy traveled to Loveland, Colorado to teach a Black Belt class to employees from Larimer County and the City of Fort Collins. The 16 students came from Human Resources, Budget, Clerk and Recorder, Technology Services, Sheriff, Assessor, Treasurer, and County Attorney. Larimer County leadership requested the training and invited additional participants from the City of Fort Collins. Both groups are working to create their own in-house process improvement teams and projects. Denver Peak Academy shared our course, experiences, stories, and support.

A huge thank you to our fellow Colorado public servants for inviting Denver Peak Academy into you communities. Together we will make Colorado the most well-run state in the nation. One process map at a time…
