The new kid on the Peak Block

Hi, I’m Christi, the newest member of the Peak Performance team. After having spent the last 13 years in the private sector in the energy industry, I have transitioned to a career in public service. I am finally putting my dusty MPA to work. Why make the switch? I caught the bug for public service when I was 16 years old as a member of the March of Dimes Youth Council and have been chasing my dream job of serving others ever since.

Being on the Peak team has been a pretty unique and great experience so far. This role challenges me to think of ways to help people innovate in their own workspace or departments. It also fosters my interests and passion for working smartly. I even get to use my past experience in data analysis to help measure people’s success. However, the best part has been meeting and building relationships with awesome people who share the same values of making the City and County of Denver the best place to work and live.
